BirchBox

Lately there has been a ton of hype surrounding beauty box subscriptions, I have a few friends whom have their own subscription and have decided to try one myself. There are so many choices so on the word of some close friends I decided to try Birchbox first.

I signed up around December 10 and received my first Box today, The subscription is billed monthly on the first of the month and then you should receive your box by the 10th of every month you can cancel anytime and the price per month is $10, Basically you get a bunch of "sample" products" based on questions you answer to build yourself a beauty profile, Not everyone gets the same box and the products you are given to try are available to purchase through their site, you also accumulate points through purchases which you can use to purchase items on Birchbox.com

Here is my First Box

For my First BirchBox I'am extremely pleased, at first I really didn't think I was going to like it but after testing out all the products I LOVE IT!  7 items total which is FABULOUS per their site they say between (4-5) the sample sizes are a great size too, not super tiny like you would expect, I got a 7.5 oz Votive candle, nail polish, Argon Shampoo, Organic Argon body wash, 2 hand lotion samples and a chapstick.

Greenleaf Candle Co.- This candle smells wonderful it has a slight citrus with a subtle hint of floral. I have already lit it and have been enjoying the smell all night (starlight scent) this full size candle will run you $17.

Nelson J. Beverly Hills Argon Non Foaming shampoo
Smells minty and it is a thick white cream like conditioner I put a little bit on my dry hair at the ends and my roots  just to see and it did give it softness and shine! this does say it is a shampoo, conditioner, hair detangler, color sealer, smooth serum & pre styling lotion all in one!  A full size will run you $22.

Color Club Nail Polish
Although I'am not a big nail polish fan this has a nice slate shine to it.
Full Size will run you $8.

Antica Farmacista Hand Lotion
At first I was not the least bit into trying hand lotion but I did, the smell is pretty nice it is loaded with shea butter and vitamin E, I have to admit and it felt very nice and almost silky when applying, I have to say it won me over I could see myself purchasing this! A full size will run you $18

Acure Organics Cell Stimulating Body Wash
At first I though... What the heck is cell stimulating body wash  and the description says it is a blend of argan stem cells(CoQ10) with moisturizing oils, the smell is actually nice almost like a cherry walnut smell. next shower i'll definitely give it a try! Full size will run you only $9.99

SO for now i'm quite happy with this new Beauty box subscription and I look forward to the next few months to see what's in store.
